Use the solution

Please make sure the EV charger is connected to power supply.
The Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on.
The mobile phone is close to the EV charger.
Click ”+” and scan the QR code on the EV charger to connect APP with the EV charger.

Close the APP, turn off the Bluetooth on the mobile phone and turn on the Bluetooth again, and search the EV charger and connect again.

Only one person can connect APP to the EV charger at one time. When you use it for the first time, you need to set a connection password, and when other people need to connect APP to the EV charger, they need to enter the password before they use.

Please set charging current on the charging setting interface (Output Current) or menu interface (Set Current). The maximum charging current of European standard can be up to 32A, and the maximum charging current of American standard can be up to 80A.

Click Reserve button on the charging setting interface or click Appointment Charging on the menu interface to enter the setting interface of charging reservation. You can reserve a time slot within 24 hours for charging.

The EV charger is in plug-and-play mode by default. If users want to change to APP control mode, please turn off the plug-and-play mode in Work Mode interface. In this way, each time when users want to charge electrical vehicle, the EV charger needs to be connected to APP and start charging.

Yes. GK EV charger is waterproof, dustproof, and moistureproof. Waterproof rating is IP65 (NEMA-3R).

The American standard AC EV charger supports 9.6kW-19.2kW and the European standard AC charger supports 7kW-22kW. The charging speed also depends on the power receiving capacity of electric vehicles.

Unplug the charging gun and reinsert it or restart the EV charger. If the problem persists, please contact after-sales service to troubleshoot.

Standby mode: Blue LED is always on.
When inserting the charging gun: Green LED is always on.
When charging: Green LED flashes.
Charging finished: Green LED is always on.
If red LED is on or flashes, the EV charger fails to work.

The charging gun must be inserted in place. If the charging gun is inserted in place, a sound of socket snap lock can be heard, and the LED indication light will turn on, and then the EV charging station can start charging normally.

If the EV charger is in plug-and-play mode before shutdown, it can continue charging. However, if the EV charger is controlled by APP or RFID card swiping, it cannot continue charging and needs to be restarted.

Safety

Power leakage. Please cut off the power supply of the EV charger, unplug the charging gun, recharge the EV charger, and then insert the charging gun to electrical vehicle and restart charging. If the fault still exists, please cut off the power supply and contact professional after-sales personnel to solve the problem.

Over current fault. Please unplug the charging gun, reinsert the charging gun to electrical vehicle and charge again. If the problem still exists, unplug the charging gun, reduce the charging current on the charging settings interface, and reinsert the charging gun to electrical vehicle and start charging again. If the fault still exists, please cut off the power and contact professional after-sales personnel to solve the problem.

Over voltage fault. Please unplug the charging gun, reinsert the charging gun to electrical vehicle and charge again. If the problem still exists, please unplug the charging gun, wait for a period of time and then re-plug the charging gun to start charging. If the fault is still not ruled out, please cut off the power and contact professional after-sales personnel to solve the problem.

Under voltage fault. Please unplug the charging gun, reinsert the charging gun to electrical vehicle and charge again. If the problem still exists, unplug the charging gun, reduce the charging current on the charging settings interface, and reinsert the charging gun to electrical vehicle and start charging again. If the fault still exists, please cut off the power and contact professional after-sales personnel to solve the problem.

Over-temperature protection. Please unplug the charging gun, re-plug the charging gun to start charging after half an hour. If the fault still exists, please cut off the power and contact professional after-sales personnel to solve the problem.

Relay adhesion fault. Please unplug the charging gun, reinsert the charging gun to electrical vehicle and charge again. If the fault still exists, please cut off the power and contact professional after-sales personnel to solve the problem.

Control guidance fault. Please unplug the charging gun, reinsert the charging gun to electrical vehicle and charge again. If the fault still exists, please cut off the power and contact professional after-sales personnel to solve the problem.

Ungrounded fault. Please unplug the charging gun, reinsert the charging gun to electrical vehicle and charge again. If the fault still exists, please cut off the power and contact professional after-sales personnel to solve the problem.
